UPDATE - Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain & Distribution experience is a must

This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements for IT projects in the Navistar Aftersales-Parts Order Management and Distribution Group working with Navistar Business and IT Application Development Group This role will also plan and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing. May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues. Strong initiative to learn new systems.

Role Specific Responsibilities • Perform the Lead Business Analyst role for Aftermarket supply chain and Distribution Projects• Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze and document business requirements• Document current business processes and analyze for opportunities to improve• Design, implement and support automated, reliable and available IT solutions• Lead testing efforts including documenting Test Scenarios & Test Cases• Work with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectations• Prepare training materials and perform training for end users• Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met• Provide updates to IT and Business Leadership Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications:-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent experience.Strong functional experience in Aftermarket Supply Chain and Distribution is a must.Experience with Order Management & Warehouse Management Operations.Strong Communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.Proficient with documentation - business requirements, functional specifications, user guides, workflow processes, and test casesPosition Purpose and Requirements Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
