Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
Conduct research alongside our engineering and data science teams into new potential decision models.
Analyze competitive offerings in the market.
Engage with customers to learn & define the success criteria for a next-gen scheduling model.
Learn about our existing cross-software capabilities and where they could be leveraged.
Recommend an MVP solution design that can be tested in the market.
Increase technology knowledge and skills
Develop team-based work proficiencies
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
Must have an anticipated Bachelor’s degree graduation date between May 2025-2028.
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in AI and machine learning.
Able to break down complex problems through critical thinking and analysis.
Learn from our customers through a focus on their challenges.
Results oriented self-starter
Advanced user of MS Office tools incl. ppt, excel and other advanced ones
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
Ability to collaborate as part of a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel domestically to customers up to 2x during internship.
