Position SummarySupport Quality workstreams relating to Post Merger Integration (PMI)Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.  Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasonsSupport pillars of integration related to Metrics, ISO Standard and Bosch QMS GAP analysis + merger, and others as needed for successful alignmentCoordinate communication between HF sitesReview and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation framework as agreed through GAP analysisCommunicate project status to key stake holders across senior leadership & IMOAssign and review work of various team membersAnalyze production issues and modify incoming and production systems as neededWork with cross functional teams including Design Engineering, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, Production to support of continuous improvement initiativesImplement strategic initiatives around improving internal quality practices and performanceUtilize advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets which support data driven decisionsPerform other duties as assigned by managerSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNo direct reports plannedPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Lift and move a minimum of 5 pounds without assistanceWork EnvironmentThis job will be full time onsite professional office environment with some time on the manufacturing floor as needed. Remote flexibility on an as needed basis.This role routinely uses standard office equipment and is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can range from quiet to moderate to loud.
