Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Associates. We are highly focused on quality and offer opportunities for cross-training in various departments including Assembly, Honing, Shipping, Packing, Testing, and Material Handling. Most positions available are entry-level and require basic reading and comprehension skills, simple machine and hand tool operations in the assembly process.Responsibilities

Perform tasks requiring basic reading and comprehension skills.

Operate simple machines and hand tools in the assembly process.

Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet high-quality standards.

Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals.

Utilize basic math skills, calculators, and computers as needed.

Handle materials and ensure proper documentation of requirements.

Inspect parts using micrometers and gauges.

Essential Skills

Ability to work 10-hour shifts (at least 50 hours a week).

Strong teamwork skills.

Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator and computer.

Ability to perform quality checks.

Proficiency in operating simple machines and hand tools including air machines, wrenches, and expander guns.

Capability to lift 30 lbs

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
