We are looking for a full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper for our business in Waterman, IL.
Job Details:
Must have 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll or Associate Degree in Accounting.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Ability to work computer and calculator expertly is needed.
Must be able to make decisions and back up those decisions.
