Downtown Utica, 1 Bedroom Apartment (Air B&B) is seeking cleaning services. Responsibilities include, but not limited to cleaning kitchen, bath, living space and all floors; replace bedding and towels; wash all bedding and towels. Must have a flexible schedule as guests have “hotel hours” check-in @11am and check-out @3pm on any given day. The unit is quite busy, especially on weekends during the summer travel season and will continue during the next several seasons. Occasionally asked to assist guests with items not on site.
Position begins March 15, 2024 – appointment and walk thru available with departing staff shortly before the 15th to get familiar with unit and the ins and outs of what is required by this Air B&B owner.
