What you will do in this role:  As a Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager you will oversee a team that keeps things neat and tidy.  This is a hands-on position.  You could be involved with removing trash, washing windows, keeping the floors spotless or general bathroom cleaning.  One day you may vacuum & sanitize rooms and the next you may be prepping a room for a new resident.  Below is a sample of daily duties:Supervise and manage housekeeping and laundry personnel so that a clean, orderly and home-like environment is maintained in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations.Participate in hiring, orienting, training and disciplining of housekeeping and laundry personnel.Delegate work assignments so that all areas of the facility, including the outside are maintained.Make frequent rounds of the facility to monitor the cleanliness and orderliness, correct any issues immediately.In conjunction with the Administrator, work to maintain the housekeeping and laundry budget.Participate in inspections and maintain the Pest Control Program.Jump in when needed to perform hands on housekeeping and laundry services as needed.What’s in it for you:  A manageable workload (Also - not a lot of lifting)Flexible scheduling – we understand when things come upEmployee recognition programsAnnual merit increase opportunitiesRobust benefits package, including a retirement savings planRefer-a-Friend programs – Bring your friends & earn a bonus $.Educational Assistance program – We’ll help you pay for your classes.Donna, our employee of 35 years, says “I love my work-family!  We work well together, help one another and have fun while we’re here.”
