Job Description
- 1-5 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required.
- 5 years of experience speaking on the phone with customers is required.
- It will also require the candidate to be available for 24/7 phone coverage as needed.
- VMS or Unix experience, as they need to be able to run scripts.
- Some software development and/or database administration experience would be a good to have, but not required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and pass random drug screens
