Obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses and continuing education credits.
Work independently on assignments with moderate technical complexity.
Investigate, analyze, and negotiate auto claims of varying complexity.
Handle some or all aspects of each claim, including informal hearings, arbitrations, and small claims litigation.
What You Need to Apply:
1–2 years of prior auto claims handling experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
