Help load machines with raw material
Measure material to specific dimensions before entering machine
Train in multiple departments
Operate machines and use hand tools
Ensure quality control by taking and passing required math tests
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Basic mechanical skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with general labor, machine operation, and production
Strong attendance history and consistent work history
Ability to learn various parts of the machine operating process

Our facility operates from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with two 10-minute breaks at 10 AM and 3 PM, and an hour-long lunch break. The environment is clean, spacious, and temperature-controlled to ensure comfort throughout the year. Dress code is casual but professional, suitable for a manufacturing setting.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
