Description Job Title: Contract Network AdministratorLocation: Hoffman Estates, ILOur client in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Network Administrator to join their team.This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their network infrastructure. You will ensure smooth operation, security, and performance of the network to support the business needs.Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
Manage user accounts and access permissions
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks and system updates
Document network configurations and procedures
Support end-users with network connectivity problems
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols
Experience with Windows Server administration a plus
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and documentation skills
