- Monitors, tracks, assigns, assess scope of incoming backlog contracts
- Sets agenda, schedules, and facilitates professional customer meetings to introduce customer to our process and promised delivery
- Gain clear understanding of customer's pricing strategy
- Consults with customer on service pricing best practice as it relates to ease of use, consistency, and other application interfaces
- Administration of contracted work through Salesforce, marking contracts for install/billing and tracking project through monthly follow-up process
- Establishes metrics to be used by analysts for monthly sustainment calls
- Supervision of team of analysts to handle approximately 100 recurring contracts per month
- Liaison with other departments within CDK and partnering with onsite consultants as required
- Quality control on completed work and ongoing sustainment
- Develop processes that will accommodate a large customer volume
- Fulfilling contracts when at peak times or when additional staffing is unavailable
- Acting as SME on issues relating to Service Pricing and other CDK products that interact with Service Pricing
- Works to establish efficient processes to reduce administrative work
- Proactively communicates with Senior Manager or Director to avoid unsatisfactory customer delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- A high consulting level knowledge of Service Pricing Systems, CDK Service, CDK Drive Service and Parts and CDK.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within CDK and preferably within consulting
