Job Description
The Warehouse Services Day/Night Shift Leadis responsible for overall worked performed on the Day/Night Shift, as applicable, by all Materials Handlers. Must have the required skills capable tooperate various warehouse material handling equipment (MHE) to include, but not be restricted to the following; stock chasers, electric cars, stretch wrapping machines, pallet jacks, rate shop systems/shipping systems, dollies, hand trucks, electrical powered stand up forklifts, order fulfillment systems, mobile scanners.
Qualifications
1. Be able to read and communicate (both orally and in writing) in English.2. Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application software such as: Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.3. Must have five years of supervisory experience in similar warehouse services. Experience shall have been obtained within the last ten years. 4. Have at least three (3) years logistics management experience and capability to perform basic supervisory tasks that support the collective achievement of daily warehouse production quotas. 5. Minimum of a high school diploma, or equivalent.6. Demonstrate the capability to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining files, generating reports, requesting warehouse supplies, keeping timecards, and ensuring compliance with the safety programs.
