Description We are seeking a dedicated Treasury Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in HARVEY, Illinois. This role involves maintaining and improving the Travel & Expense (T& E) program, providing critical reporting, data analytics, and data integrity. The Treasury Analyst will collaborate with various departments to support the program and mitigate risks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of travel, expense and p-card programs Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis of travel and expense programs to leadership Utilize data analytics and auditing procedures to ensure compliance with policies Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback, understand and resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement Administer expense reporting through Concur and distribute reports to management Manage travel partners and vendor relationships, including the negotiation of contracts or rates ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Interact with managers and/or employees when exceptions are identified Coordinate with HR and the employee’s manager regarding settlement of any outstanding transactions or delinquent balances upon termination of card holder Investigate credit card declines and assist associates with credit limit increases and/or merchant code issues Process new applications/set-ups for Concur and cards Review and update T& E and P-Card policies annually Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures. Requirements Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Experience with Management System and About Time software. Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes. Ability to monitor and manage Cash Activity. Solid understanding of Compliance procedures. Proficiency in using Concur for expense management. Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
