Job Title: Clinical Data Coordinator -

Job Location: Green Oaks, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management (or combination of data management experience and college coursework may be considered)

Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical clinical research (or health services industry may be considered)

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GDP), clinical trials management, and clinical data management

Good understanding of the clinical database life cycle, including the CRF design, database development and testing, edit checks, data quality review, and database lock procedures

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience in at least one Electronic Data Capture (EDC) clinical data management systems (e.g. Oracle Clinical, Medrio, OpenClinica, Medidata Rave, InForm, IBM Clinical Development)

Knowledge and skills:

Ability to learn new skills, tasks, and technologies and teach others

Ability to collaborate and strategize

Good organization skills

Effective logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job highlights:

Responsible for accurately capturing research data for scientific study and validation

Liaise with research team in order to accurately collect and report data

Design, test, implement, and manage clinical data collection and reporting systems

Create, review, and file all data management documentation, such as Data Management Plans, Study Build Specifications, CRF Completion Guidelines

Implement study-specific procedures that comply with regulatory and internal procedures
