Work with stores to dispose of overage inventory or any inventory deemed by local management to be wholesale inventory.
Establish relationships with end users in area of responsibility to develop partnering strategies for disposing of their used equipment.
Develop and engage rapport with Used Truck Sales Managers within RTC and competitive OEM’s.
Buy trucks as needed for local inventory needs. Review and approve any purchases from sales staff, center managers to purchase used trucks for stock.
Review and approve AVO’s for shop repairs on used truck inventory.
Work with the Used Truck Managers to assist with RSO approvals in TRX.
Process all payments of used truck inventory via issuing check requests to Corporate.
Engage local auctions in assigned area of responsibility for buying and selling inventory.
Appraise trucks per corporate guidelines and apply as-is values. Meet with sales staff, used truck managers, and customers regarding same.
Work with National Director of Wholesale Operations to purchase used trucks for the expressed purpose of reselling them through the wholesale channel when profitable opportunities arise.
Establish and maintain a marketing plan.
Perform appraisals and inspections with the understanding that travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a current and valid commercial driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
Be willing and able to travel if needed.
