This full-time position will support a preschool program, working closely with young learners to develop their communication skills during a critical stage of their growth. Type: Short-term, full-time leave coverage

Dates: November 26th, 2024 - March 11th, 2025

Location: Preschool program in Glen Ellyn, IL

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services to preschool students.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support young learners’ communication needs.

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their goals.

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (IDFPR) license in the state of Illinois.

Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in the state of Illinois

Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
