Job Title: Machine Operator/3rd shift/Franklin park ILJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator. The candidate will be responsible for equipment set up and upkeep of saws and associated equipment, operating and troubleshooting dust collection and stacking stations, performing quality inspections, loading and unloading material into machines, preparing products for shipment, and making machine adjustments as needed.Responsibilities
Set up and maintain saws and associated equipment

Make necessary machine adjustments
Essential Skills
6+ months of machine operation experience
Forklift experience (preferably sit down)
Strong measurement skills, including experience using a tape measure
High School Diploma or GED
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with saws/gang saws
Ability to operate and troubleshoot cross cut and gang saws
Ability to take critical measurements and maintain the use of mold release
Ensure quality standards for thickness, squareness, width, and length

During peak season, the 1st shift hours are from 7am to 3pm. Candidates will work up to 72 hours a week. The work environment includes exposure to a dusty setting with minor fiberglass, for which protection will be provided. The role is located at the tail end of the processing department, requiring candidates to walk through conveyor systems or over them to reach different areas of the saws.
