Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk at our location. The role involves a variety of tasks related to administrative assistance and customer service within the industry. The position requires an individual who can manage data entries, organize files, and handle shipping functions.Responsibilities: Accurately processing daily data entries related to materials. Managing administrative tasks such as filing and organizing files. Handling shipping functions as required. Providing customer service by resolving inquiries and issues. Booking reservations as needed. Using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks. Maintaining customer credit records with accuracy. Assisting in scheduling appointments. Supervising entries to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conducting scanning tasks as needed.
