My client in Skokie, IL is looking to hire a couple of Panning / Machine Operators – These are Entry Level roles, and the pay rate varies from $15.50/hr to $20.50/hr.Job Description:

The "Panning Operator" is responsible for working with the production team in GNC’s chocolate panning process which consists of first operating a manual machine that coats various candies, fruits, and nuts with chocolate, and then manually unloading the product into a carton and sending it into the warehouse. The amount of chocolate used in this process is determined by the production recipe provided by customers, and it is the Panning Operator’s responsibility to ensure all customer requirements are met. The role will also maintain all aspects of production runs during the shift and assist with shift transfer. The role must also ensure production standards are met and must submit accurate and detailed shift documentation.

Incentive Pay: If you work every day you are scheduled in a given week, you will receive an extra $120 ($2.50/hr)-They are working 6 days a week at this time.Must haves:

Reliable transportation – not accessible by bus line

Previous experience Prepping Meals / Cleaning Utensils

Must be open to work 2 nd or 3 rd shift

Must be comfortable standing throughout the shift

Shifts:1st shift 7am-300pm2nd Shift 3pm to 11pm3rd shift 11pm to 7amworking 6 days a week (but potential 7 day)Pay-1st shift $15.50hr base pay with $2.50hr incenttive pay = total of $18hr (Need to work full week of scheduled time, can not miss for any reason during the week)2nd shift 16.50/HR base pay with $2.50hr incentive pay = a total of 19/hr3rd shift 17.50/HR base pay with $2.50/hr incentive pay = a total of 20/hrWhy work here?

1 day of vacation for every 400 hours worked
