Cnc Machinist

Description:Responsible for the set up and operation of CNC vertical Mills.Will be doing 2-5 set ups per day depending on the schedule.Need to be able to load the program, modify the program and edit/adjust machines.Will run 2-3 machines at a time.Working with Aluminum, cast iron and other specialty metalsResponsible for first piece and in process inspections using micrometers, calipers and gauges.Document all findings for quality control team.Brands of machines: mainly Doosan and Mori-SeikiSkills:Blueprint, Cnc, milling machine, set up machine, Change overTop Skills Details:Blueprint,Cnc,milling machine,set up machineAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Have3 years of CNC experience on Mills at least1 year of set up experienceExperience with blueprintsG codeNice to haveprogramming expereincecnc schoolingExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
