Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a hybrid position in the manufacturing industry located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The role involves a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The selected candidate will be engaged in a range of accounts payable functions utilizing the system JDE. Responsibilities: Utilizing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for various accounting functions. Assisting with monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable reports. Supporting the Staff Accountant as needed. Handling Accounts Payable (AP) related tasks efficiently. Using Microsoft Excel Effectively managing account coding and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.Requirements Proficiency in Account Coding is required for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist. Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential. Ability to perform Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently. Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is critical. Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is a must.
