Description Searching for an HR Generalist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Elgin, IL.The role is primarily focused on human resources administration, HR department management, HR compliance, HR strategy, and managing the Human Resources Management System. Responsibilities: Handle HR-related administrative tasks and ensure efficient operation of the HR department. Ensure HR compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the goals of the organization. Utilize Human Resource Management Systems for efficient data management and reporting. Maintain proficiency in using Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks. Continually update and manage accurate customer records. Process customer applications with precision and speed. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required. Provide training on company-specific software to new hires and existing employees.Requirements Proven experience in the field of Human Resources (HR) Administration. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of HR Department functions. Proficiency in HR Compliance and HR Strategy. Proficiency with Human Resources Management System. Proficient in using Google Docs. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites. Ability to interpret and implement HR policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Relevant certification in Human Resources is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
