12 Step process (Contractors will be cross trained in multiple areas) :
1. Receiving- documenting what is received
2. Factory Reset- manual press of a button
3. Automatic Test (Plug In)- plugging in up to 32 units- determines what needs to be repaired (longer cycle times 60-90 minutes)
4. Wi-Fi Test
5. Elevated Test-temperature test
6. Cosmetic Clean
7. Cosmetic Repair
8. IPQC (In Process Quality Control)
9. Kit
10. Pack Out/Pallet Build- palletizing for AT&T in kits
11. Ship40% of modems are expected to make it through the entire process
40% of modems will only make it to Clean or Repair
10-20% of modems will only make it to Factory Reset
