- Data Management Platform (DMP) experience a plus
- 5+ years business experience with 3+ years digital analytics implementation experience.
- 5+ years of working with the DTM, GTM, Tealium or similar platform.
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery (ability to read, write, troubleshoot code).
- Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes.
- Experience working with tag management platforms and data layers.
- Web analytics certification a plus.
- Tag management certification a plus.
- Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Fiddler2, Charles Proxy, or Firebug a plus
- Knowledge of tracking methods such as pushing data layer to Google Tag Manager
- Ability to write SQL queries in Google Cloud Platform Big Query.
- Implement web analytics solutions on GTM tag manager including testing and reporting. Serve as the "Tagging Implementation Expert" by evolving and managing the solution design reference documentation which outlines analytics variables, rules, and use cases across web properties and applications.
- Work with the peers of analytics engineers to create, manage, and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis.
- Develop and implement coding practices for site tagging and follow industry standards.
- Responsible for debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting data solutions and dashboards
- Responsible for thorough and rigorous testing and validation of data
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to engineer and manage a digital data layer across various digital properties (websites and mobile).
- System maintenance which includes upload processes, variable/event tracking, and other administration needs.
- Test and validate the implementation of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics reporting front end.
- Educate testing teams on the tools and methods to validate digital analytics tagging effectively.
- Manage GA configurations including variables, classifications, and processing rules.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team with managing on-site remarketing tags utilizing Tealium, GTM and DTM.
- Leveraging analytics API’s and building automation tools for analytics reporting.
- Conduct training sessions on tag managers to cross functional teams to enable knowledge share.
