- Develop/implement successful strategies and tactics to target/engage/drive qualified traffic to become clients
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns/other marketing initiatives; gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze target prospect behavior/requirements, be the voice of the customer, a strong advocate for customer satisfaction-building lifelong partnerships
- Oversee and approve marketing material; produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
- Ownership of implementation and performance metrics from ideation to execution
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- 4+years in B2B services marketing, IT solution selling a plus
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field. You will receive fair consideration for successful marketing experience with other services/products
- Documented experience in marketing; positive energy and leadership to inspire internal and external partners
- Proven lead-gen experience-strong background in CRM and Campaign automation- (Dynamics Marketing a plus)
- A sense of aesthetics, love for great copy, and witty communication
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and SEO
- Experience in competitive analysis and positioning
- Up to date with the latest business/solution/market trends
