Workday Testing Consultant

Description We are seeking a Workday Testing Consultant to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This role centers on maintaining and enhancing our customer relationship management systems within the Service industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve using your skills in Workday, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, and Workday Recruiting to ensure the optimal performance of our systems.Responsibilities: Utilize Workday to manage and maintain HCM business processes Take charge of end-to-end testing to ensure the seamless operation of our systems Work with modules including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits Handle any back-end testing to guarantee the integrity and security of our data Implement EIB's through Workday, particularly through HCM Utilize your expertise in Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting to streamline our hiring and HR processes Design and maintain HCM business processes to meet the changing needs of our organization Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of your duties Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in ERP and CRM systems to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge. Requirements Proficiency in Workday, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday HRIS, and Workday Recruiting is required. Applicants should have prior experience in the Service industry, specifically as an ERP/CRM Consultant. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Applicants should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle is a plus. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines is required. Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) is desired. Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills are required. Strong organizational and leadership skills are necessary. Experience in risk management and quality assurance control is a plus. Understanding of business processes and functional requirements is necessary. Applicants should have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. The ability to work efficiently under pressure is a plus. Excellent customer service skills are necessary. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are required.
