Job Description
- Follow Company, quality and safety rules and immediately address and notify management of any concerns.
- Accountable for coordinating the day-to-day operations of a group of associates and other functional areas.
- Accountable for equipment and movement of product as defined by the needs of the department.
- Liaison for Repair Station Accountable Manager thus responsible for assisting in department/productivity management.
- Mixing and applying Rexlon coating to product.
- Grit blasting to prep parent material prior to application.
- Inspection of parts to ensure conformance to quality standards.
- Basic operating in the machining cell (Manual and CNC equipment)
- Input data into visual management forms and convey results to management as required.
- Continuously improve processes, procedures, and eliminate waste.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years experience in general Assembly operations.
- Ability to work with small parts.
- Ability to work with small details.
- Ability to use inspection microscope.
- Ability to operate manual and CNC equipment
- Ability to use CMM and manual inspection methods
- Ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate with employees and management in a positive manner.
- Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Card Holder
