This is a hybrid position located at our Downers Grove, IL location.Responsibilities:

Collaborates with Human Resources Managers, Plant, and Corporate leaders to forecast workforce needs and identify strategies to acquire diverse external talent.

Develops a diverse talent pipeline through active recruiting and passive sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending, selecting, and onboarding for positions across the company.

Responsible for managing online posting and applicant flow process to include resume screening, scheduling interviews, initiating pre-employment/post-offer screenings, and preparation of offer letters.

Demonstrates operational management skills, defines, measures and tracks talent metrics, maximizes technology, and leverages market trends to design and implement creative, scalable talent acquisition solutions that drive business results and optimize efficiencies.

Assists hiring managers concerning the best practices in the talent acquisition process to be compliant and effective in the selection process.

Delivers a positive representation of the company and its culture.

Coordinates with the plant Human Resources departments to ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently.

Oversees vendor relationships which support the talent acquisition function, such as background screening, relocation, staffing agencies, sourcing sites, etc.

Directs efforts for temporary help requirements and contingent needs within the company to ensure disruption to the business is minimized or eliminated.

Performs other project related duties as assigned demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience in talent acquisition or talent management/development with a proven track record of success.

Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS), social media and recruiting process flows.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

HR experience in a manufacturing plant environment is preferred.
