This role will partner very closely with the HR Director, ESS ISC Functions to ensure strong support for the HUOP ISC Functions and CX organization. The HUOP ISC organization consists of 10 sites, and approximately 1000 employees.Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner for:
Sr Director ISC, LST US & EMEA
Sr Director ISC, LST APAC & UPT
Director Procurement (Direct Materials), HUOP
Partner with business clients to build and execute HR strategies that attract, develop, engage, and reward the best talent within the HUOP ISC Organization
Monitor and improve effectiveness of HR strategies through regular tracking and MOS of key people KPIs (i.e., TBI, PLI, ERI & Site Health Metrics, etc.)
Implement and drive continuous improvement for workforce plan by effective census and OEF (cost) management for HUOP ISC, driving actions that proactively right-size workforce to demand
Build and implement a Talent Strategy that promotes development and internal succession; focus on development of diverse talent and potential future site leaders; manage regular MRR process; build skillsets function/organization-wide to ensure organization meets STRAP objectives
Promote a positive work environment, partnering with site HR Leaders to implement engagement strategies; ensure each site has active engagement committee; utilize ERI & Site Health dashboards and partner with ESS LER Leader to measure effectiveness of engagement strategies
Support, coach and develop site HR leaders; build MOS that increases exposure to site HR activities, and quickly escalates site-needed support
Support with the execution of the overall ESS ISC HR strategy; drive continuous improvement, leading projects/initiatives to improve ESS ISC MOS
Partner with ESS ISC Communications Leader to build annual communication strategy/calendar to improve communication across all levels of ISC/CX organization and increase transparency.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the ISC/Functional organizations
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience working with global business partners in highly-matrixed environment
Strong data and financial acumen preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PPT
Bachelor’s degree
