The HUOP IT Manager is responsible for driving strategic planning, AOP for HUOP IT.
Develops business relationships as a trusted IT partner.
Maintains HUOP resiliency (business continuity) and security compliance.
Strives for operational excellence.
This role reports to the HUOP IT CIO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead annual HUOP IT strategic planning (STRAP) and annual operating planning (AOP).
Coordinate with Finance to manage IT budget performance including software licenses.
Maintain MOS with business leaders and be a trusted business partner.
Overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and support of key HUOP digitization applications and infrastructure.
Managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
Managing the performance and capacity of IT systems using KPIs
Ensuring the security compliance of IT systems in accordance with Honeywell Global Security standards and policies
Driving incident, problem and change management processes in alignment with Honeywell IT processes
Managing global team of operations engineers
Ensuring resiliency through periodic Disaster Recovery exercises for critical HUOP digitization applications
Coordinate with Enterprise IT and HUOP Software Transformation to minimize technical debt
Champion solution selection include buy/reuse versus in conjunction with Enterprise IT.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or similar business function
3+ years of managing or supervising a team of professionals
Experience in IT Operations

Certification in ITIL or similar IT process oriented frameworks.
