Compliance Service Specialist !Responsibilities
Monitor workflows and reports.
Develop procedures.
Handle product paperwork.
Build vendor relationships.
Ensure legal compliance.
Research legislative changes.
Resolve client issues.
Identify and solve issues.
Support new processes.
Follow up on transactions.
Train new team members.
Assist with compliance.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of office experience
High School Diploma
Basic experience with MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce experience is a plus
