Sr. Manager, Clinical Site OperationsThe Sr. Manager, Clinical Site Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical trial site activities and performance. This role involves direct management of patient-facing clinical site staff and support staff, including those responsible for essential document management. The Sr. Manager will supervise day-to-day activities, maintain oversight of clinical trial site staff, and ensure quality and adherence to standard operating procedures and regulations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, and collaboration with various functions to enhance site efficiencies and profitability.Hard Skills
Comprehensive understanding of GCP, CFR, and ICH guidelines
Experience managing clinical quality activities and clinical operations
Experience with clinical trial site/process audits and regulatory inspections
Line management of employees
Translating Pharma/Sponsor needs into innovative quality management approaches
Subject matter expertise in clinical trial technology
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
