The Security Business Unit Sr Director of eCommerce leads the transformation, integration, and acceleration of FBIN-Security eCommerce customers and eCommerce strategy for the organization. This role reports to the GM B2C. This role builds and leads the overall Security BU eCommerce team, the group’s priorities, infrastructure and best practices.This leadership role will focus on the strategic readiness/approaches to various eCommerce models, including pure plays, omnichannel brick & mortar, .coms (home delivery), and third-party and emerging models.  This role is responsible for integrating best practices across the eCommerce customer base and will partner closely with FBIN eCommerce team and cross-functional groups to execute key customer programs and initiatives and collaborate closely with the FBIN eCommerce pod to leverage best practices across the organization. This position will work to bring strategic thought, direction and leadership to our eCommerce growth, specifically with the Yale, August, Master Lock and Sentry Safe brands.Duties & Responsibilities: Lead/accountable for overall eCommerce strategy and best practices, customer relationships, finance, sales operations, and supply chain solutionsBuild and develop high impact, transformative eCommerce team, focused on growing our online sales with customersDevelop KPIs for success across customer base and effectively integrate advanced analytics to drive insights that impact the businessWork with marketing to enhance the eCommerce consumer experience, with optimized brand content, SEO/SEM feedback tools, real-time problem solving across Security consumer touchpoints.Collaborate with marketing to enhance the Consumer Journey, to fully include eCommerce and digitally enabled shopping Work closely with eCommerce partners, all retail Security BU Sales leaders, and retailer accounts to develop effective customer strategies and plans to drive sales.Possess a thorough understanding of the eCommerce P&L and identify risks and contingency plans.Develop strategies and programs to drive traffic and conversion with Amazon and other online retailer sites. Develop recommendations for promotional activity enhancements and product offerings.Collaborate with the Brand Development COE to provide internal teams and customers with brand assets, eContent and related marketing support.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred.7 plus years of experience in marketing and sales with emphasis on eCommerce revenue creationHas successfully led an organization’s effort to build an eCommerce businessStrong experience leading eCommerce initiatives in FMCG or consumer durablesStrategic innovation in eCommerce with a proven track record of resultsDemonstrated ability to build, engage and inspire teams Omni-channel strategic thinkingUnderstanding eCommerce Supply chain requirements and best practicesExtensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and enhanced analytics
