The Merchandising Manager manages merchandising initiatives and projects across the U.S. House of Rohl business. This role will deliver on defined scope, timeline, and budget while working with the internal and external cross-functional teams. This includes responsibility for planning and overseeing the deployment of Merchandising go-to-market strategies by supporting key product launches, strategic initiatives, identifying project scope, developing timelines, providing status reporting, leading risk mitigation and prioritizing the day-to-day tasks across several functions. The ideal candidate for this role will effectively and strategically manage these initiatives to drive customer engagement in the showroom environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a shared resource for the internal Marketing Communications Team supporting product commercialization and initiatives Deliver and plan the Merchandising portfolio of projects and expenditure annuallyCollaborate with internal and external partners to develop accurate and complete project specifications, and take each assignment through to completionServe as the primary leader of all merchandising initiativesProactively manage expectations regarding all production activity and logistical tasks including the communication of design requirements with vendorsManage and implement special projects as assigned to include process improvements, project management tools and software tracking, and in-house operations; lead continuously improvement efforts and gain efficiencies across the organizationSupport forecasting and collaborate with leaders across the organization; report spend variances to budgets/forecasts and merchandising operations leadership throughout the lifecycle of projectsEnsure merchandising is delivered on time and on budget, while recommending efficient, time-saving project production flowsManage the workflow and work closely with logistics on all tactical/executional aspects of merchandisingManage analytics and reporting of weekly overview to identify impending due dates and new project requestsDevelop and track project plans from hypotheses, design and conduct analyses, and track progressIs responsible and accountable for accurate order management and planning QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing to include a minimum of 3 years of project management experience and/or experience leading cross-functional efforts involving multiple linkages across an organizationIdeal candidate has experience working with external partners and  has worked with or alongside an in-house creative team and/or marketing communications teamMust have strong interpersonal skills Must have a strong understanding of merchandising, production processes and vendor managementProficiency in software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and WordStrong organization, communications, and coordination skills; must be very detail-orientedDemonstrated understanding of process management principles, including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects from multiple stakeholdersDemonstrates perseverance in pursuit of business, group and personal objectivesDemonstrated ability to track, analyze and interpret business inputs and data
