Lead Applications Analyst - SAP SD/Order Management

The Lead Applications Analyst will be responsible for defining, developing, and supporting SAP SD/Order Management applications and related integrations at FBIN.  This role is responsible for helping maintain our SAP Order Management systems and processes as well as implementing enhancements working closely with business stakeholders and other IT associates.Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreationRESPONSIBLIITIES:What you will be doingAs a Senior level SAP ECC IT Analyst works on the SAP ABAP a technical lead as well as hands on developer role with primary emphasis on SD moduleLeverage investment in SAP ECC platform to optimize order to cash processes, with a bias towards standard SAP solutions.Manage ongoing support and maintenance of SD module, processes, and capabilitiesProvide day-to-day system and application support including user setup, management, and training.Implement new application systems, modifications to existing systems by implementing new enhancements and production support maintenanceTranslate business requests and requirements into clear and effective reporting.Assist in the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of system configuration changes, workflows, process extensions, and events.Promote improvement of internal processes/systems through analysis and team collaboration with business stakeholders.Facilitate upgrades, patching, and new module implementations.Ability to troubleshoot and debug systems issuesLeverage IT governance processes to ensure proper project definition, socialization and control. Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.Manage risk through corporate complianceCoordinate and support managed services/external resources and priorities.
