Infrastructure Engineer

As a member of the Technology Platform Services Team, the Infrastructure Engineer role supports and ensures business success through a wide range of technology solutions. The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for focusing on design, configuration, implementation and maintaining Information Technology System Management systems globally. Designing, maintaining, and updating global computer image and process. Managing Mac & mobile devices through enterprise MDM solutions. He or she will often serve as a core team member for related initiatives.Position location/hybrid/remote –This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in Deerfield, IL.RESPONSIBLIITIES:Provide production support for the Information Technology System Management systems, including but not limited to system configuration and updates, image/enrollment configuration (PXE/Over-the-air), software scripting and packaging, software and security patch deployment utilizing Azure, Intune, SCCM & Jamf/Mosyle along with related trouble ticket resolution.Research new technologies for potential fit, focusing on continuous improvement of Information Technology System Management.Participates on, major projects with accountability for an overall project or specific components of a project.
