Finance Manager - Working Capital

The primary objective of this role is to partner with the Inventory, S&OP, and Operations Finance Leaders to provide financial assistance for development of KPIs, in addition to supporting the annual financial planning, monthly forecasting and reporting processes across FBIN in an efficient and sustainable manner, partnering to deliver against financial targets and appropriately communicate risks and opportunities to the leadership teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: S&OP:Participate in monthly S&OP processes to provide financial assistance and alignment across finance and supply chainPartner with supply chain and commercial finance teams to align on volumes for plan and forecastIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities in reporting and communicationAppropriately communicate risks and opportunities to the Ops Finance Leadership teamDevelop and implement KPIs for financial accuracyProvide mix analysis supportPerform ad hoc analysis as neededOwnership of Executive S&OP schedules for WCE Working Capital:Ownership of Working Capital consolidation and messaging of actuals, forecast and annual planPartner with FBIN inventory teams to build annual Plan and monthly Forecast for Inventory across FBINContinuously challenge the inventory team to drive DSI improvementIdentify and implement process improvements to forecasting and reportingPrepare monthly commentary with business drivers for forecast changesConsolidate FBIN commentary for final reporting and submissionsReview forecast assumptions, drivers, and variances with Ops Finance leadershipLead plan/ forecast creation, reporting and forecasting from a finance perspectiveSupport OSMI analysis to reduce exposure and drive awarenessPartner with commercial teams on annual deletions processPrepare monthly reporting materials for the Supply Chain Month End Package Review and monthly business reviews Other Responsibilities:Oversee the consolidation and communication of FBIN CI, Inflation/ Deflation for communication to the commercial finance teams for actuals, forecast and planReview and approval of OSMI calculations for WINN and the other FBIN brands as neededReview and approval of Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations for OSMI QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 5+ years of experience preferred.Team supervisory or management experience preferred.Self-starter who has had success working in ambiguous situationsExcellent communication skills- written and verbalStrong analytic skillsMS office required – SAP and Oracle experience preferredMust be a team player with the ability to think conceptually, be flexible and strategicHave an enterprise-wide mindset and seek to influence business partners to do the sameAbility to engage with and work across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and business partners
