We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our channel marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed channel marketing initiatives, thrives on building and optimizing marketing plans, and is passionate about driving business growth through strategic thinking and detailed execution.The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can assess current marketing efforts, identify opportunities, and build a comprehensive channel marketing roadmap. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Brand, Digital, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and impact.Location:  Deerfield, IL - hybrid Tuesday, Wednesday, and ThursdayResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:

Develop and own the overall channel marketing strategy. Assess current programs, identify gaps, and build a forward-looking plan that aligns with business goals and P&L objectives.Execution Excellence:

Lead the planning and execution of channel-specific marketing campaigns and programs. Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Product Management, Brand, and Digital teams to align on priorities, support product launches, and drive channel growth initiatives.Market & Competitive Insights:

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.Sales Enablement:

Ensure the sales team is equipped with modern marketing tools, compelling collateral, and training to drive success in the field.Performance Measurement:

Track and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs. Continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback.
