We’re looking for an Associate Digital Media Manager to join our growing Paid Media team at Fortune Brands Innovations. This role, reporting to the Retail Media Manager, will help to identify new testing, targeting and optimization opportunities within our eCommerce paid media initiatives. The Associate Digital Media Manager is responsible for conducting ongoing advertising test-and-learns in the eCommerce space, analyzing data, and communicating results.This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) in office to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of integrated digital media strategies/tactics that align with overall Digital Commerce and the Moen U.S. Businesses (USB) strategy to drive sales and share growth objectives with key Omni-channel customersPartner with sales, paid media, and digital commerce teams to cultivate comprehensive search and discoverability strategies (organic search, paid search, and related analytics) in the context of selling via pure-play and Omni-channel etailers.Provide timely and accurate reporting of digital media tactics across etailers.Prepare and share out/speak to presentations, business case documentation and/or financial models to help sell-in digital media programs with key etail partners.Leverage appropriate analytical tools to optimize bidding strategies and boost search effectiveness.Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of paid media programs (display, retargeting, PPC, paid social) that drive traffic to Moen products on key etailer websites.Utilize a suite of internal/external analytical tools such as Amazon Retail Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, QlikView, and Tableau to measure the effectiveness of marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.Leverage internal and external data sources to gather relevant industry benchmarks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or a related field is required.Minimum 3 years of paid media experience is required with an emphasis on eCommerce media preferred.Demonstrated high level understanding of SEO, PPC and Display Advertising is required.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Comfortable working across multiple teams within an organizationExcellent communication skillsDemonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
