SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is to maintain the storage buildings and grounds in a clean and well-kept manner.
Part Time: 6 to 9 hours a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding customer service
Cleaning and maintenance of storage units.
General repair and upkeep of buildings.
Door and roof repair.
Concrete crack repair/filling on pavement.
Spraying for bugs and weeds.
Cleaning common areas, bathrooms, hallways, etc.
Painting
Maintain maintenance manual
EQUIPMENT USED
Car, golf cart, leaf blower, snow blower, and small tools.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Construction or property maintenance experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to speak effectively with customers and fellow employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, decimals and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Employee must have a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of his job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, and sit. The employee may be occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Maintenance activities are performed both in and around the storage buildings located at the facility.
