87181BRJob Title:Support Analyst, Commodities Services Management, Issues Management -Department/Function:Security & Facility ManagementJob Description:Support Analyst, Commodities Services Management, Issues Management - Decatur, ILADM Global Business ServicesThis is a Full-Time Exempt Position.GeneralADM's Global Business Services team provides efficient, compliant and reliable services for ADM's business and functions on a company-wide basis. Commodities Management Services is one of the process towers within Global Business Services, and is responsible for transactional activities that underpin CMS throughout the Americas region.ScopeGBS currently has an opening for a full-time CMS, Americas, Support Analyst in our Decatur-City Center office to join the Issues Management team. This group assists location personnel in our network of elevators with established policies and procedures to ensure transactions are recorded in our accounting system consistently, accurately and timely. This support is frequently handled by telephone, e-mail or Microsoft Teams messaging. Support will also take the form of defining systematic changes to address new initiatives and performing user acceptable testing to validate the expected results.Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Agriculture or Information Technology is preferred

Minimum of 5-7 years of ADM experience or equivalent is necessary

Previous experience with grain settlement work, transactional system support is required

Job Requirements

Strong analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skills are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment

A proven track record of being dependable, reliable, meet strict deadlines, and a strong desire to help others

Effective oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to interface with various levels of office and customer clients

Good organizational skills with the ability to function in a team environment and multi-task

Extensive commodities settlement end to end process experience

Prior system support experience a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Sharepoint, Teams, Excel and Access

Secondary language fluency desired, Spanish and/or Portuguese

General knowledge of financial statements and activity is desired

Understanding of NGFA trade rules and grain licensing procedures is desired

Responsibilities

Assist in executing transitional business processes and activities into CMS Americas’ applications

Resolve Supports emails/Service Now tickets in a timely manner

Assist in driving standardization, automation and continuous improvement within CMS Americas processes

Document, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures related to CMS activities

Develop relationships and drive stakeholder satisfaction at location level

Drive Operational Excellence in CMS, Americas, through root cause analysis, lean management techniques

Develop and maintain a Continuous Improvement mindset related to CMS

Understand and assist with risk management issues (position) across CMS, Americas’ transactional activities

Assist team and owning change management in adhering to established policies and procedures

Provide over-the-phone training using Microsoft Teams on daily transaction processing, report retrieval and other general assistance

Research and submit program change requests to respective IT Group

Test and review the results of programming changes and enhancements to ensure the desired results are achieved
