Job Requirements:
Monday - Friday Schedule
Be able to work with little supervision
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
Knowledge of electric, plumbing,garage doors and basic building knowledge helpful
Able to work in all weatherability to lift 50lbs
Attention to detailthis position cleans the property daily
Various duties such as cleaning, painting, minor repairs, etc
Valid Driver's license and Social Security card along with dependable transportation.
Clean driving record with Dependable Transportation
Clean Background and Drug Check
