Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Concrete Construction Labor:
Must be able to lift 50lbs+
Preparing Construction Sites: Clearing and setting up the site, including removing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
Smoothing and Finishing: Using hand or power tools to level and smooth freshly poured concrete surfaces.
Operating Equipment: Handling heavy machinery like concrete mixers, vibrators, and grinders.
Adhering to safety guidelines to minimize accidents, including wearing protective gear and handling hazardous materials properly

Prior experience in concrete work or construction is often preferred but not always required.
Physical Stamina and Strength: Ability to handle heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Knowledge of Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with concrete tools and machinery, such as mixers, vibrators, and hand tools.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to measure and calculate quantities accurately.
