Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Darien, Illinois and some days remote.Work EnvironmentLocated in Darien, IL - large, spacious office with parking lot & large kitchen/dining area. Lots of company outings & social events. Can work out of the Chicago or Darien office for this role - preferred schedule is 2 days in Chicago, 2 days in Darien, and 1 day at home. Normal schedule is 4 days at the office (9-hour days) and 1 half day at home on Fridays. Projects include K-12/higher education, sporting facilities (college baseball stadiums, turf football fields). Full-service, integrated architecture, interiors, MEP, structural, civil, and construction firm focusing on mid-to-large scale schools, office buildings, municipal projects, and roadway/bridge projects. Flex schedule requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week. Work hours are Monday - Thursday and 7:30 am - 11:30 am on Friday. Minimum of 40 hours a week with occasional overtime. Dress code is business professional Monday through Thursday and slightly less business casual on Fridays. Company size: 100+ AEC. Open floor plan with cubicle layout and natural light. LEED Platinum building with ample parking; hybrid vehicle parking close to the front door.
