Machine operating position paying $18.51/hr to 19.51/hr- 2nd and 3rd shiftDescription:
Load and unload machines
Cross trained in multiple area based on needs: will learn drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, straightening presses, torches, overhead cranes, forklift, , saws, and more
Monitor machine as it runs, ensure product makes it through the process
Use hand and power tools
Opportunity:
After working as an Operator 1, most candidates will eventually be promoted into a Machine Operator 2 where they will begin learning setups and get a raise
$1,500 sign-on bonus after 6 months
