Kelly has an immediate opening in Cicero, ILKelly, a worldwide leader in the staffing industry, is recruiting for an Inventory Control Analyst.Our client, a Fortune 100 Company, located in Cicero, IL has an immediate opening for a long-term contract position with potential!Inventory Control Analyst – Operations, ManufacturingKey Deliverables -Responsible for maintaining book inventories, inventory reconciliation and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer expectations and plant targets.Adheres to and ensures compliance with the Controls requirements under:
Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS)
Site specific Inventory Measurement Plan (IMP)
Data Integrity Assurance Framework (DIAF)
Global Product Integrity Management System (GPIMS).
Works closely with the Blending Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Finite Scheduler, and Customer Service Analyst to minimize inventory losses and carrying costs.Key Competencies –Able to work as an Independent Contributor as well as a productive Team Player

Skills and Knowledge, Experience and Business Accomplishments Required -
Understanding of Hydrocarbon Control Practices (HCP), Product Control Manual, DOAG Signature authority.
Understanding of SHE/OIMS, CIMS and BPIMS.
Understanding of the Inventory Measurement Plan (IMP)
Understanding of the Global Minimum Inventory Standards (GMIS)
Understanding of the Stock Point Ownership (SPO)
Good business judgment.
Thorough understanding of SAP and GWM
Thorough understanding of inventory accounting/management systems.
Interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office skills – Proficient in Excel and ERP
Excellent organizational skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
