Looking for a dependable and experienced Safety, Claims, Accounting & Billing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
There are not many trucks so should be easy.
Maintain FMCSA/DOT compliance and manage driver files
Handle freight and accident claims from start to finish
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and send invoices to customers and factoring companies
Assist management with compliance audits and reporting
Requirements:
Experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Compensation:
Competitive 1099 salary based on experience
Location:
New location will be on Pershing and Cicero but interviews will be either Hodgkin's or Bolingbrook
