Do you own or rent a Cargo, Sprinter Van, 12-16ft Box truck?
Come Join me November 18th and November 19th between 11am-5pm at 710 W Belden Ave Suite A, Addison, IL 60101 to find out what you can do to become a service provider for us. We will go over details on the contracts we have, what is needed from you, and answer any questions you may have.
We can begin your enrollment during this time. We have two different onboarding systems we use, SCI and CHECKR. SCI is where you will go to upload all documents listed below, and CHECKR is where you will need to complete your background check. You will need to pay for your background check out of pocket and this cost will be $57.

- Articles of Formation for your LLC

- Photo for badge (can be on your phone)
