New City Moving in Chicago is hiring Long Distance Drivers and Long Distance Movers. (Experience in moving is preferred but not required)
Our drivers do physical moving and driving. This is not just a truck driving position.
We do moves out of Illinois going to the entire United States.
This is our daily pay for movers.
Driver or Foreman: $200/day
Driver & Foreman: $250/day
Per Diem:
- $50/day for food
- Hotel
Long distance employees make between 40,000-60,000 per year to start.
Our employees are typically making $250-$1000 per week in tips as well.
We are looking for
Friendly, happy, customer service driven people
We are looking for people with a Class-C drivers license, if not we can provide driver training and pay for the test (If applying for driver position must have a D Class already )
Drivers must be 21 year old or older with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift 75lbs.
Must be able to do moves that involve stairs or long walks.
Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background checks required.
Must be able to pass a physical, DOT test if needed.
